Cost
$400 for Indvidual Campers
$380 for Team Campers
*A team consists of any 7 runners from a school. This includes boys and girls together.
**Teams that provide their own transportation will be charged $365.

*Running Apparel *2 Pairs of Running Shoes *Sweatshirt/rain gear *Lots of socks *Towels *Linens for single/twin bed *Pillow, blanket or sleeping bag *Swimsuit *Casual Clothes & Shoes *Personal Toiletries *Insect Repellant *Spending Money for snacks & pizza (optional)
ALLERGIC TO BEE STINGS?
You MUST bring your own EPI-PEN if you are allergic to stings.
CAMP FACILITIES:
All campers will stay in air-conditioned college dorms. Meals are all you can eat and served cafeteria style in the college dining hall. The campers will have access to the weight room, pool, gym and practice fields at various times during the day.
DORM PHONES:
Due to the busy schedule and the nature of teenagers, it will be difficult to reach your child. Please encourage your child to use their cell phone. NGDRC is not responsible for any loss or damage to cell phones.
WHEN AND WHERE TO REPORT
Check-In: Gym between 12:00pm-2:00pm
Check-Out: 9:00-10:30am in the Gym
