    2009 Banquet

    Details will be mailed to all eligible players and cheerleaders.

    Reminder:
    Football players and Cheerleaders must complete the entire season, including post-season and playoffs, in order to be eligible for the following benefits:

    1. Complimentary ticket to the Post-Season Banquet.
    2. Trophy.
    3. Guaranteed status as a Returning Player in 2009.

    The only exception to this policy is if a child could not complete the season due to a documented injury. NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS.


    Players/Cheerleaders who do not finish the season

    Policies and Procedures for Away Games and Events

    Supervision of children at away games:

    1. Coaches will supervise children from the time of departure to the conclusion of their away game.

    2. At the conclusion of the away game, the supervision of the children becomes the responsibility of the parents.

    3. If parents do not attend away games, it is the responsibility of the parents to arrange for a surrogate parent over 21 years of age to supervise their child at the conclusion of their game.

    Transportation to and from away games:

    1. Busses will be provided to transport football players, cheerleaders and coaches to all away games and events.

    2. All players and cheerleaders are required to ride the bus to all away games and events.

    3. Children may ride home with their parents but must obtain the prior permission of their head coach for each occasion.

    4. A bus will be departing the away sites at the conclusion of each game. If parents are not transporting their child back to Piscataway, the child must return on the bus departing at the conclusion of their game.

    5. All busses will depart from and return to the Quibbletown Practice Facility.
