Good Evening Explosion,

I would like to THANK each and every one of you, your friends and family for
all your support at our second annual event. It could not have been possible
without all of you. All of the money raised will be distributed amongst our
teams.

It was so much fun to see everyone laughing and having a good time for the benefit of
our girls. Thank you for spending your night with us. As you all know, our
organization is self-funded and we try very hard to keep the cost down, but at
the same time try to give the players a great experience with new equipment,
nice uniforms, a multiple tournament season. Our comedy night
helps off set our extra costs such as travel expenses and extra pitching help.

Because of your support we raised $6,483 all of which goes to the players. Thank
you so much! This money is from each teams ticket sales,  tricky tray, and
50/50 sales. That price also includes the deduction for the expense of the
comedians, permits obtained, and the janitorial services. 

It is truly a blessing to be part of an organization that is so dedicated and
helpful.  You made the comedy night a great experience. I would like to say a
special thank you to the committee Jen from 8u, Kristie from 12U, Coach Cathy
from 10U, Ronnie & Joanna from 14U, and Coach Lisa for all their help behind the
scenes to make it all possible. I also have to say Thank You to the families
that donated food, drinks, desserts, and other items to make the experiences
delicious as well as fun. Thank you to the families that helped set up and clean
up. All your help was much appreciated!!!
