Yearbook pictures needed!!!
Hey there everyone, I know you all take awesome pictures, can you please either contact myself or your team coordinator to get those pictures in!!!
I have put upload instructions as well as a link to the order form for you all on the bulletin board.
If everyone could verify their childs name and picture on the yearbook site (instructions are on the bulletin board) It would help us bunches in making this first Yearbook totally AWESOME.

Hey there everyone,
If you have any pictures we would love to include them in our yearbook. I have put upload instructions at the end of this e-mail or you can e-mail to Vicki or your team coordinator and we will get them uploaded to the site.
We will need each parent to verify the picture, name and squad of their child. It will only take a moment and will ensure that everyone is labeled properly in the yearbook. The individual pictures and team pictures have been uploaded to the entourage website. I am asking that everyone try to get on before Monday night so that we can figure out who is missing and get photos of the missing kids. I apologize for the urgency, but we are on a very tight schedule and did not recieve them until just this week.

click on customer login
choose reading pop warner 2010 from the popdown menu
use RPW2010 as the login
**click on your childs team catagory and see if your childs picture has been tagged and moved. If so please verify name spelling and any nicknames they would prefer to use.
If you need to "tag" or change the information--
click on the picture you would like to "tag"
under the picture it says "I know who this person is" if you click on that a pop up window comes up you can type the childs name (nickname)and then click on done to save it.
or alternatly under the picture it says "update comments" click on it and a pop up comes up that you can enter the name, squad they are on, or the event that it was taken at and then click on update comments to save it.
in either situation after you save it will show under the picture as the name or the caption.
**If your child's picture is not in the squads catagory please click on the misc. catagory at the top of the list. Find your childs picture and use the above instructions to put a comment with their name and squad. Administrators will look on the site daily to move the "tagged" pictures to the appropriate catagory.
**If you do not find your child's picture in either place or would like to use a different photo, please contact Vicki to make arrangements for submission.

Upload instructions for picture submission
We would love any pictures you have, games, practices, competitions, even any social gatherings that groups of the kids have participated in.
**You MUST put a comment on the uploaded picture with the squad, date, event, and names of anyone in the picture (unless it is a large group) Without this information the picture will NOT be considered for submission**
They must be your photos that you are giving us permission to use in this format. By uploading you are agreeing to our use of your photos in the yearbook project.
If you are not comfortable uploading the photos you have please contact Vicki and she will give you alternatives for submission.

click on customer login
choose- Reading Pop Warner 2010- from the pop down menu and click on the select button
yearbook project should be already set at Reading Pop Warner 2010 Yearbook
Login Id is : RPW2010
Click on Access yearbook
Click on the Category you would like your photo to be considered for
Click upload photos to this album
Follow directions on screen :0)
If you would like a picture to be considered for more than one catagory please upload to the misc. catagory and "tag" with all pertinant identifying information.
**NOTE** If you are only uploading a few pictures choose the number of pictures and follow the directions on the screen, if you are uploading a quantity higher than 10 you may wish to use their additional software which may be downloaded and directions are on the site.
Finally :0) If you chose the wrong Album please just put a comment on the picture (eg. wrong album should be game 1) and let Vicki know so she can move it to the correct album.
