STATE CUP BRACKETS RELEASED.........
August 16,2004- The Rebels first State Cup match will be against the Longwood Wildcats on Oct 3rd.. The time and location are still up in the air. As soon as that information is released we will post it on the site! Click here to see the entire u-11 round 1 & 2 matches.

REBELS IN 2nd PLACE FOR SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD!
Aug.12,2004 -- The Spring 2004 Sportsmanship awards were announced today
and the REBELS came in second place behind the Plainedge Strikers.
Congratulations to all the girls for showing to everyone that the REBELS
are a terrific group of players.
Sportsmanship and fair play are always in the forefront.
Coach Chris and Mike also deserve our applause for teaching
the girls that sportsmanship is something to always strive for.
The Rebels congratulate the Plainedge Strikers for winning the 1st place award.

RUNNING REBELS HAVE SUCCESSFUL WEEKEND
AUG. 9, 2004 - WOW! WHAT A GREAT PERFORMANCE BY THE REBELS THIS WEEKEND. WE PLAYED SOME GREAT TEAMS, ALL DIVISION ONE, AND WE CAME OUT WITH FOUR WINS AND A TIE. GREAT SAVES BY OUR GOALIES,TIMELY SCORING,AND A NEVER QUIT ATTITUDE MADE FOR A MOST ENJOYABLE WEEKEND. MORE IMPORTANTLY WAS THE SPORTSMANSHIP DISPLAYED BY ALL THE GIRLS FROM EACH TEAM. IT WAS FUN TO WATCH.
LETS NOT FORGET THE SCRIMMAGES WE HAD WED. AND THURS. WE PLAYED A LOT OF SOCCER THIS PAST WEEK.
REBELS WITH A CAUSE:
ROADRUNNER: ANCHORED THE DEFENSE,TIRELESS EFFORT.
GIGGLES: MADE SOME BIG PLAYS.PLAYED ALL POSITIONS.GOT SOME GOALS.
BLONDE BOMBER: ELECTRIC ALL WEEKEND.OWNED MIDDLE OF FIELD.
ROCKET: OVERLAPS,GIVE AND GO. YOU DID IT ALL.
SCOOTER: FOOT SKILLS ARE TREMENDOUS. TEAM PLAYER. NICE GOALS.
CRAZY LEGS: GOALTENDING OUTSTANDING. CAN PLAY ANY POSITION.
LEFTY: GREAT DEFENSE. MANY STRONG TACKLES ON OPPONENTS.
SHOW TIME: GREAT ADDITION TO THE TEAM. DEFENSES BAFFLED BY YOU.
STONEWALL: GLAD YOU MADE IT. GOALTENDING WAS GREAT.SUPER EFFORT AT FORWARD ALSO.
BRICKWALL: PLAYED ALL POSITIONS AND NEVER STOPPED ONCE. GOT A GOAL TOO.
LISA: CAN SHOOT ROCKETS WITH BOTH FEET. GREAT ONE ON ONE BATTLES. TIMELY GOALS. THE REBELS THANK YOU.
JACQUELYN: HOPE I SPELLED IT RIGHT. LINDENHURST AND COACH TOM ARE LUCKY TO HAVE YOU. CCC. CALM COOL AND COLLECTIVE. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WATCH YOU AND LISA PLAY ALL WEEKEND. THE REBELS THANK YOU TOO.
HURRICANE AND BUZZSAW: WE HOPE YOU ENJOY(ED) YOUR VACATIONS. THE REBELS MISSED YOU THIS WEEKEND. SEE YOU SOON.

FALL 2004 DIVISION ALIGNMENTS RELEASED!
July 26, 2004 --
LIJSL has officially released the Fall 2004 Division Alignments.
The Farmingdale Rebels have been placed in Nassau Div. 1.
Our opponents this coming season will be the following talented teams:
Deer Park Power,Dix Hills Power, East Meadow Express, Levittown Lightning ,
Massapequa Force, Massapequa Lil Spirit, NHP Lady Cougar, POB Hotshots, RVC Liberty.
The season starts on Sept. 11th and the actual Fall Schedule will be released in early September.
