I have never been as proud of any young men,on any team I have ever coached, as I am of the eight players in Tuesday's game. Not because we won (although that was pretty cool), but because of the character and pride each young man played with throughout the entire game. You showed heart and togetherness CONGRATULATIONS

-- hear hear and bravo from the RHS fans as well.

Parent Help Wanted - Volunteer Today
Be an involved Parent and help the whole program. Karen Krens will serve as parent rep for the varsity. If you can help with the JV team please Contact Duke Owen (301-924-9274).

Other roles we need parents to help with:
____ Snack Bar coordinator- we need to staff snack bar for our "paired games" be it the other Boys game or the V or JV Girls game.

____ Announcer- announce lineups and sportsmanship policy at start of game.

____ Game Programs. Anyone have talent with creating game programs? We have an active parent on the girls side, let's get someone from the boys side as well. Programs are useful and fun for everyone.

____ Special Events Planner- maybe the boys could do a Wizards game as a group over the holidays or go see a college game. Maybe they just hang out at someones house and shoot pool and eat pizza. Anything works and builds team spirit. But we need people to help set it up.

____ Banquet Organizer- coordinate with other teams to get a great event planned early. Then other parents will be needed to help with decorations, programs etc.

____ Photographer(s). Action shots, still shots, crowd shots, fun shots, any shots. The web site will be more fun with pictures.

____ ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING YOU WANT TO HELP WITH!!!!

Thanks-volunteer right now with Karen or Duke!!
