All refunds will be assessed a $50 admin charge. Our refund policy is also stated on ALL registration forms.
The GFA's payment methods are now limited to cash, credit cards or money orders. Due to the recent number of bounced checks and the difficulty in collecting the payment plus bank fees, we will no longer accept personal checks at registration. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable 5% processing fee.

Updated CBL ID Policy for the 2009
Tackle Football Season
All players must have a Maryland issued identification card. Please visit the nearest Motor Vehicles Administration(MVA)office. Players must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians and must present their original birth certificate to the MVA. Please do not wait until the last minute. ID cards are normally mailed to your house and may take up to 2 weeks. You must have your ID Card in order to weigh in. This is a mandatory Capital Beltway League rule. Absolutely no exceptions.
Equipment
The GFA provides the following equipment: helmet, shoulder pads, game jersey, game pants and practice jersey. All players must provide rubber sole cleats, practice pants, 7 piece pad sets, mouth pieces and athletic supporters.
The GFA requires an equipment deposit of $150 from each participant. The equipment deposit fee is refunded upon the return of all GFA equipment and uniforms. (Deposit checks are not cashed...the GFA holds them and returns the same check to you)
Deposits must be paid in full before equipment is issued. Players are allowed to keep their practice jerseys. All other equipment issued by the GFA is to be returned. Due to the non-return of over 30 sets of equipment and uniforms in 2004/2005, the GFA will enforce all equipment guidelines during the 2009 season. You will be charged for every item issued and not returned.
