The only entrance that will be open, is on the south side of the field. It is the main ticket gate, on the home side. No other entrance will be accessible to players, coaches, or guests.
Visitors may bring canopies.
Concession and restrooms available. No outside food or drinks. No execptions!
Teams, please bring your rosters so that each may be announced.
Fan Conduct: Any fan that exhibits poor conduct, such as the use of profanity, singling out of players to ridicule or general disrespect to officials or league personnel will be removed from the event immediately and will not be allowed to attend any TYFA game/event for the remainder of the 2009 season.
Player and Coach Badges: During the playoffs, under no circumstance will a player play or a coach be allowed on the sideline without their badge.
Dress Code: The TYFA Dress Code will be enforced throughout the playoffs. This is not only for football coaches, but any badged personnel on the sidelines and players:
1) Coaches and volunteers must be consistent and in their organization colors. All pants and shorts must be the same color (absolutely no jeans). If wearing caps they must be turned forward with team colors and team logo. Tops must be team colors.
2) Players must be consistent and in their organization colors. If sleeves are worn under a uniform - it must be in the team color scheme. Player socks must be the same color; either long or short is allowed (no mismatch or multi-colors).
