Come out and watch the Tuscarora High School Varsity team take on TJ High!

Players and Cheerleaders get in FREE if players wear their jerseys and cheerleaders wear their hair bows!

Come out and form the tunnel!

Please plan to meet at the end of the field by 6:30pm.

Saturday –

Come out and cheer on your Jr. Titan Varsity B team at McCurdy Field.

Game time is 11am.

Sunday –

Home Games are in the STADIUM as we host Walkersville!

Set up will begin at 7:15am. At least 10 people are needed to help spread the field tarps.

Here is the information from Maureen Mazzie -
Once more we need your help! We have a full day of playoffs at home this Sunday, Nov. 6, and need volunteers.
We need 2 people for the gate for each game, 3 people for chain gang and 1 for scoreboard and clock. As in the past, sign up for the hour before your child plays or cheers.
We will need gate coverage from 8:00 to 9:00 for the first game which is at 9:00.
Mini-Pony A and B play at 9:00 and 10:30, respecitively. Mini-pony will be playing the whole field and we will need chain gang and scoreboard/clock for both these games.
Pony A 12:00 - 1:30
JV A 1:30 - 3:00
Varsity 3:00

Mark your calendars! The following are dates for the banquets for mini-pony, pony and jv to be held at the Cozy Inn in Thurmont.

Mini-pony Monday, November 28, 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Need final headcount no later than Nov. 22

Pony Monday, December 5, 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Need final headcount no later than Nov. 29

JV Tuesday, December 6, 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Need final headcount no later than Nov. 30

$15 for ages 10 - up
$10 for ages 6 - 9
$5 for ages 3 - 5
children under 3 are free

Families with children in different levels will have to pay for all but the child at the respective level.

Payment may be mailed to the p.o. box 290, Buckeystown, MD 21717, or you may bring payment to any board member at THS on Tues, Wed and Thurs next week during JV and Varsity practice from 5:45 to 7:00 pm. Board members will also be available at the JV and Varsity games this weeked at Mt. Airy, Middletown and McCurdy.

Here are just a couple of reminders about game day -
1. Players will need to wear black socks to all games.
2. Players will not be allowed to use white or clear mouthpieces. These are difficult for the refs to see.

It is usually $1/person or $3/family and is set by the League so it will be the same at each field location.
Only Coaches, Players and Cheerleaders (home team and visiting team) are free.
Having home games allows us to raise money for the Jr. Titans!

NEW this year - ALL PLAYERS EXCEPT FLAG - you MUST weigh in on Saturday, August 20th in order to play in the first game of the season on August 28th against Boonsboro!
There will be a second weigh-in on September 3rd if you miss the 20th. But PLEASE make every effort to weigh-in on the 20th so that we have all players against Boonsboro!
Players should wear shorts and jerseys. (Jerseys will be here next week!) Also - YOU MUST BRING YOUR HELMET!

Players should prepare themselves this week for practicing in the heat by taking a break from the comfy A/C and playing outside - within reason!
