Our annual Form 990 is completed by CBIZ, an outside independent accounting firm in Columbia, and is available for public review by emailing the WHCYBSL Treasurer at koback@verizon.net.  Our Profit & Loss Budget vs Actual report is available on the WHCYBSL website.

 

WHCYBSL signs an annual contract with Howard County Department of Recreation & Parks to handle the mechanics of registration for the League.  At the end of each fiscal year (July 1^st to June 30^th) the Dept. of Rec & Parks records and the League’s records are reconciled to accurately show all financial acitivity for the fiscal year.  At this point the League’s complete records are submitted to our accountants, CBIZ.  Our executive direction and ultimate financial position remain separate from that of any local government.
