Little League® Child Protection ProgramAll local Little Leagues are now required to conduct yearly background checks on Managers, Coaches, Board of Directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players or teams. Individuals are also required to complete and submit a Little League® Volunteer Application to their local league.
If you wish to manage or coach in the WYBA, please download and complete the Volunteer Application below. Please return your completed form along with a copy of a valid government issued photo ID [i.e., Driver's License, State of Illinois ID card, U.S. Passport, etc.] to the WYBA or Joe Long at the Westmont Park District.
If you are unable to download this form, copies of the Volunteer Application will be available at registration and at the main counter of the Westmont Community Center.
