Parents, please have your children there no later than 5:30 for team line-ups, dressed out and ready to go.

2020 Baseball Sign-Ups will be held January 11, 13-18 at the Eastgate Park Clubhouse.  First year players will need a copy of the child's birth certificate and insurance.

General Information

Please note that the goal of Dothan Southern League is to instill a life-long love of baseball through instruction, practice, and team play.

As your child progresses through the Dothan Southern leagues, please be aware that expectations and practice times may increase.

The T-Ball and Coach Pitch leagues do not usually require the amount of practice time that the Minor and "O"Zone Leagues require.

The Minor and "O"Zone leagues will be become more skill oriented and the level of play will be higher.


Eastgate Park is a Tobacco Free and Alcohol Free Facility.
Use of a tobacco product of any kind is prohibited. In addition, Eastgate Park is an Alcohol and Drug Free facility. Please refrain from bringing any alcoholic beverages on the property of the City of Dothan. Including pouring from a container into a cup. You will be approached by a Board Member or City Staff and asked to discard any open containers/cups or cigarettes if noted.

A second offense will result in being banned from the park! Our goal is to provide a safe and conducive environment for our players and families to enjoy their time at Eastgate. Alcohol will be dealt with a zero tolerance.
