Relay Selections
will be based on times ran and consistency. The four fastest athletes will be on the relay. The Head Coach and the Group Coach will decide the positions first leg through anchor leg.

The time trials will be races at meets and practices. Once the relay has been formed for an athlete to move on a relay he/she will have to run faster times in two consecutive time trials or one time trial with consideration of previous relay ability and experiences. The Head Coach will have the final decision on who will run on the relay and the positions first leg through anchor leg at all meets.

* If a parent does not want their child to run on relays please inform the Head Coach.

Thank you for your valued time, support, patient and dedication to the Heavenly Track Club Track & Field program. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Our collective efforts will make a difference. In the meantime keep praying for all of us.

Warmest Regards and With God's Blessings,
