3T Project!

It is so important to give back to our community and this is the service project that we have chosen this year.

We will be collecting items for the 3T project at Meet the Tigers on Thursday December 14th.

This project started in 2013. The 3 T’s Stands for TOP, Toiletries and Toy. It is a holiday gift bag program that is bagged by age and gender specific that contains the following:

• TOP - which is a shirt, sweatshirt or jacket
• TOY – age appropriate
• TOILETRIES - which is a full size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairbrush.

All bags should contain each of the above items and we add extras such as:

• bows or hair items for girls
• lip gloss or nail polish for the older girls
• body spray for older boys
• Hot Wheels, crayons and coloring books for younger boys
• bath paints or something fun for toddlers

The ages will range from 4 to 11 and for both boys and girls.  These bags will benefit a student in one of the 32 Klein ISD Elementary schools that might not otherwise have a Christmas. The bags will be packed and deliver Monday December 18th, 2017 to all Klein ISD schools. The estimated cost for each bag is $25.00.

The 3T Project supplied 58 students with bags in 2013, 333 students in 2014, and 472 students in 2015, all in KISD.

Please consider donating any of the above listed items for any age group between 4 and 11.  Every little bit helps!

Parent Volunteer Opportunities!!!

Hello Parents!

We are in need of clock/scoreboard operators for ALL OF THE HOME GAMES, both JV and VARSITY GAMES. One parent for each game will help us out greatly and allow the game to run smoothly! You will be given instruction prior to the game. Please contact me if you can help out with this. Also if this is something you would like to volunteer for I can get a schedule up and running for home games.
Please consider doing this~ these games can't come together without parent participation. Remember the neighborhood swim team? It's like that but we aren't spending 6 hours watching the kids swim for 20 seconds!

We also have one parent volunteer who has signed up to announce the games. It would be great to have a pool to work with for both games.

Go Tigers!
