You can find registration forms in the Online Forms section on the website. Forms can be turned in at the beginning of each training camp. Blank forms will also be made available during camps. 

In addition to completing a registration packet we will need the following documentation:

• End of year report card
• Current physical ( within last 12 months)
• NC State ID

Practice times:

July 23rd - August 23rd : 6:00pm - 7:30pm  (Mon., Tues, Weds, Thurs)

August 27th - End of Season 6:00pm - 7:00pm (Tues & Thurs)

Once school starts the practice times are reduced to two times per week. The Coaches are very mindful that our children need time for their studies practices will start and end promptly. Parents in the event that you do not stay at practice we ask that you arrive at LEAST 15 minutes before practice is scheduled to be over.
