02/03/2016 - Scholarship Awarded

Smithfield Events has chosen the Smithfield Pop Warner program as a recipient of a $10,000 scholarship. The funds will be placed in the bank account and not used for any 2016 operating expenses. It will instead be used to purchase field equipment and help maintain the new sports complex. If the sports complex is not approved, the program will solicit guidance from the Smithfield Events organization as to how the funds should be allocated.​
