This camp will provide the class of 2020 with a glimpse of what high school baseball is all about. It will set up a solid foundation to include hitting and fielding drills along with solid skill building fundamentals.

GHS Hitting Camps Announced

Glendora High School coaches and players will focus on fundamentals and mechanics of hitting to help you take your game to the next level.  Don’t miss out on all the fun! Sign up early to reserve your spot.

Camp is designed to accommodate all skill level ages 7-14.

Each hitting session per day cost $35

If you purchase all 3 in a month’s hitting sessions its only $95

Annual Tamale Sale

The annual GHS baseball boosters tamale sale has begun! The famous, delicious tamales are $25 per dozen and can be ordered from any GHS baseball player.  Forms for tamale orders are in the "Handouts" tab to the left.

Coach Harwick Honored

GHS honored long-time baseball coach Clint Harwick Friday. Coach Harwick, who's number 21 is retired, threw out the first pitch and then sat in his new private box with his wife Bonnie.

Dave Petteruto from On Screen Productions passed on the videos of that magical 2010 season. The games include the first round versus Peninsula, the quarter-finals versus Valencia, the semi-finals versus Mira Costa that featured Jacob Smigelski's walk of HR and the championship game against Yucaipa. Please go to left hand tool bar and click on "Bulletin Board" to view. Thank you Dave and we hope you can make it to some of our games and hopefully spread that mojo to this year's team!

Tartans Advance to CIF Finals!

Jacob Cage pitched a complete game, finishing the seventh with the game locked in a 1-1 tie and the stage set for a dramatic final inning.

Jacob Smigelski ended the game with a towering bomb of a home run in the Tartan's half of the seventh. Smigelski connected with a 2-0 breaking ball and launched a shot that may have burned up on re-entry as he rounded the bases into the arms of his ecstatic teammates surrounding home plate.

Glendora will face the #3 team from the Citrus Belt league, Yucaipa. Yucaipa advanced to the Finals with a 7-5 win over Seaview League champs El Toro. Yucaipa has come all the way from the Wild Card bracket with wins over Rancho Verde, Crespi, Northwood, and Santa Barbara.
