Volunteer Information

*Volunteer Applications 
Please be advised that All volunteers are REQUIRED to submit a volunteer application during the registration process. Volunteer applications can be found on the handouts page.  This is not just a requirement of our league, but of Little League Baseball as well. ALL volunteers will be  subjected to a background check.

No volunteer will be allowed to perform any duties until their volunteer application has been submitted. This policy will be strictly enforced by the board and safety officer, with no exceptions.  This is put in place for the safety of our children!

Volunteer applications can be submitted in person to Joe Lehanan or emailed to him at lenahanjoe@aol.com.  If you have any questions, you can call him at (570) 443-2165.

 *Parents Auxiliary Needs YOUR help! 
The Parents Auxiliary is ALWAYS looking for new members!  We have been fortunate in recent years to have had a fantastic group of volunteers.  However, we really need some folks to step up and help out!  

A major function of this group is to manage the operations of the concession stand. This includes opening and closing the stand on a daily basis during the season. Volunteers can help out by coming out a little early, and/or staying a little late to help out with food prep and clean up.  

Operating the concession stand is a major undertaking and also a big contributor to league funds.  We NEED your help!

*Field Clean Up 
Please check back in February for the field clean up date.  We could really use your help with preparation of the fields, the park and the concession stand. This is our park, let's make it a nice place for our kids to play ball!

*Team Mom's Needed! 
There will be a Team Mom meeting at a date to be announced. Paperwork for league events, Team Mom expectations and concession stand staffing information will be provided at this time. Please consider volunteering for this important position!
