1st game played in KBWA
The tournament will go on! Baseball schedules are too hard to deal with. Also, the first exibition wiffle ball game had been played on field 2. (10/9/05) (the nice one)it was a 2 on 2 game. (124 Terror vs. East Coast Sluggers) The final score of the game was, Terror 14, Sluggers 11. Kevin Shay (terror) homered in the 2nd. then in the 4th inning Andrew Payne and Chris DeHoff (Sluggers) recieved back to back homers. Collin Johns (Terror) also had a big homer in the 6th right over the 80' fence in right field. Thanks to all players who participated in Great Sunday Wiffle. Beautifle Shay Co. Park (field 2) has an enclosed fence, lights for night time play, home and visitor bullpen and dug out, press box, gazebo for rainy day games, sound system, music, trampoline seats, netted backstop, 8 ft. foul poles, line, dirt, on deck circles, seats for audience, fenced all the way around, in ground sprinkler system, score board, umpires, and level land. Thats what makes this field a fan favorite.
