Lanesboro came storming back in the home half of the second on a double and back to back to back singles followed by a wild pitch to go up 2-1. As Lee pitcher Cam Keenan silenced the Lanesboro bats the Lee bench came alive like never before and started a rally of their own in the fourth inning. After a leadoff walk to Nate Buratto, Bryan Kelly moved Buratto into scoring position with a nice sacrifice bunt. Devin Curtin then worked a walk, speedster Cam Shaunessy came into run for Curtin and both he and Buratto moved up a base on a Aaron Biasin base hit to left field that loaded the bases. Buratto scored the tieing run on a wild pitch and after an errant throw to third on a stolen base, Shaunessy came flying home with the go ahead run for Lee. The boys from Lee added an insurance run in the sixth as John Kastrinakis led off with a walk and moved to second on a Cam Loehr hit. Jake Kelley followed with a walk to load the bases for Matt Scapin who delivered his second hit of the day to centerfield to score Kastrinakis and give Lee a 4-2 lead.
