The Gloucester Rangers are the AA and A Association for Orleans, Gloucester and Metcalfe/Russell. The Metcalfe/
Russell River Rats are the B League Team, along with the Orleans Blues, and the Gloucester Blackhawks.
The Recreation League under the Rangers is the GHA, which has teams in Blackburn, Orleans and Leitrim.
Cumberland Jr. Grads
The Cumberland Jr. Grads are the AA Association for the City of Cumberland. Cumberland also run competitive A, and B under the Jr. Grads.
The Cumberland Minor Hockey Association is the House League Association under the Cumberland Jr. Grads.
Eastern Ontario Cobras
The Cobras are the AA Association for the Eastern Region of the PGL League and District 3. They also include Rockland, Clarence Creek, Alfred and Plantagenet.
The Kanata Blazers Run AA, A and B Competitive Teams in the Kanata Area.
The Recreation Teams are Also known as Kanata, and they play in the Lanark Carleton Recreation League.

Upper Ottawa Valley Aces
The Nepean Raiders are the Competitive AA team for the City of Nepean. The Raiders are the only Association in Ottawa that go from AA through Initiation in the Recreation Levels.
The Ottawa Sting are the AA Association that takes in District B. District B is the Houseleague Associations of SouthEnd, Canterbury, Ottawa West, Ottawa Center, Sandy Hill and St. Laurent.
The Competitive Teams are the Capital Crusaders, East Ottawa Voyageurs and Ottawa West Golden Knights.
Ottawa Valley Titans
The Ottawa Valley Titans are the AA Association for the Ottawa Valley and Manotick, Osgoode/Rideau. The Competitive teams under the Titans are the Goulbourn Rams, Almonte Pakenham Thunder, Perth/Lanark, Osgoode Rideau Senators, and Carleton Place. The Recreation Teams are all the Teams in the Lanark Carleton League Except Kanata.
Rideau St. Lawrence Kings
The Kings are the AA and A Association for the Area Around Prescott, Kempville and Brockville.
Seaway Valley Rapids
This is the AA Association for Cornwall, Casselman, Embrun, St.Isidore, Alexandria. (If these are incorrect, or there are additional please let us know).
The A Associations under the Rapids are Cornwall.
The B League Teams play in the PGL District 3 League.

Ottawa Minor Hockey
This is the Official Site for the AA, A and District 3 Competive leagues in the Ottawa Area. For the Recreation Leagues, this is the official site for the Bytown, Lanark Carleton and District 3 Leagues. The Competitive B, GHA, and the Nepean Leagues are listed but are not official sites.
The Ottawa & District Minor Hockey Association
(ODMHA) dedicates itself to "promote and foster amateur hockey through fair play and maintain and increase interest in the game of hockey by ensuring that all organized amateur hockey is developed within the Branch in accordance to prescribed standards." The ODMHA is an integral part of the Ottawa District Hockey Association (ODHA) and by virtue of this affiliation is a member of the Hockey Canada the governing body of amateur hockey in Canada.

The Ottawa District Hockey Association (OOHA) is a Branch of Hockey Canada.
Gloucester Hockey Association
The GHA administers to Minor hockey for the communities of Blackburn, Gloucester Centre, Leitrim, Metcalfe, Orleans and Russell. Registration is approaching the 3000 mark.
ODHA Refs Association
The ODHA/ODMHA Officiating Program is an important element of the ODHA/ODMHA. The ODHA branch referee-in-chief (RIC) is responsible to the Hockey Canada RIC for the development of all officials in the ODHA. The branch RIC works closely with the ODMHA (minor hockey) RIC.
Central Junior "A" Hockey League
The single most important element of the CJHL is the successful combination of hockey and education. Players in the CJHL are expected to treat their education as a priority equal to their development as an athlete and each team strives to combine a high level of competition with a commitment to education. With a 54 game schedule, practice time, off ice conditioning and public appearances, players are well prepared for their next level of hockey, whether it be at the college level or as a professional. The CJHL is truly "Futures on Ice".
