To Register:
1. Make sure your pop-up blockers are disabled.
2. Click on this link.
3.Click on become a member
4. Click on Create/Renew Individual Membership
5. Fill out page. If your player has played before click yes, if not click no.
6. If yes, this will take you player's name, rest is filled out same as below.
7. If no, check waiver form.
8. Fill out primary contact info.
9. At next page select player. If playing tackle select youth (contact), if playing touch select Rookie Rugby. For club start typing Lutherville (a list of clubs will come up, click on the Vipers)
10. Click save.
11. If you have another player click add another member otherwise click checkout. (Because of a glitch in USA Rugby's system, you might have to put an alternative or false email address in for subsequent players)

USA Rugby Waiver Form
Mandatory Form to participate in Vipers rugby. This is only if you did not print this form out when you CIPP'ed your player at USA Rugby. Click on the appropriate Liability Waiver Form: Minor if Under 18, Adult is 18. Print, fill out, and bring to the first meeting.
