Vital Chek
All athletes participating in Norco JAAF (who did NOT participate last year) will need to provide their original birth certificate to become a certified, eligible player. This service provides birth certificates and government-issued vital records. Allows you to conveniently order online, by fax, or by phone with credit card and electronic check payment options.
