Ice Update October 1, 2007
The Arctic Wolf Ice Center is proud to host the Central Hockey League. This year the Laredo Bucks and the Austin Ice Bats will face off at 7pm on October 12, 2007. The tickets are only $18! You do not want to miss the hard-hitting, fast-paced action of the CHL so come by and get your tickets today!
The Fightin’ Texas Aggie Hockey Team home opener is on Saturday, October 13 at 5:45pm. They are facing off against t.u. A&M added some exciting new faces to their roster this season, including a new head coach, so this should be a sensational season of Aggie hockey. Season Tickets are on sale now. Individual tickets are $7.50 for adults and $5.00 for students and children.
It may not feel like fall outside, but at Arctic Wolf Ice Center fall is definitely in the air. You don’t want to miss out on our public skating sessions! More people than ever are joining us on the ice, in fact it is our best season yet!
Speaking of fall, don’t miss out on our Fall Festival on October 31st! The festival begins at 5:30pm with face painting, arts & crafts, costume contests, haunted halls and best of all candy! You can also bring your carved pumpkin from home and enter our Carved Pumpkin Contest. Anyone who comes in costume can ice skate for half price ($5.00). Skate times are 3:30-5:30pm and 8-10pm. The haunted halls will also be open on October 19, 20, 26, 27 & 31. The hours are Friday & Saturday 8-10pm and Wednesday 6-9pm. Admission is only $4 for the family friendly haunted halls.
We are proud to announce a new addition to the Arctic Wolf Family, Coach Martin! He is brand new to the Brazos Valley all the way from Philadelphia. We are thrilled to have him join our fantastic group of Figure Skating Professionals. He is now available for private lessons so call today to schedule your session!
