PA Criminal History Clearance To obtain a Criminal History Clearance you can log onto the PA Access to Criminal History website at https://epatch.state.pa.us. You can click on submit a new record and follow the instructions. Please register as a Volunteer and the fee is FREE!
Please note – the clearance will be sent to you. You will have to provide the league with a copy once you receive it.
PA Dept. of Child Welfare Child Abuse Clearance To obtain a Child Abuse Clearance you can log onto the PA Department of Public Welfare website at https://www.compass.state.pa.us/CWIS. You can access a copy of the clearance by clicking on Individual Login and registering as a Volunteer for the Tamaqua Jr. Raiders Organization. This Clearance is valid for 5 Years. If you obtained a Child Abuse clearance in 2015 please make a new copy and submit to the organization. Thank You
