NORTH TEXAS STORM BASKETBALL PRESENTS: "How the West Was Won" (Nationals Warm-up) Wilmer-Hutchins High School Boys & Girls, Grades 4th - 8th (clean copy of birth certificate and current report card is required by deadline. No exceptions.) (NTSB Staff reserve right to dismiss any questionable birth certificate/ report card/team/player/fan) Brackets: Pool/ bracket play determined by number of “paid entries/deposits” by deadline (MAY 25, 2012); A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE NO LATER THAN May 25, 2012 in order to secure a spot... No deposit, no play, no exceptions, and no phone calls will be entertained after May 25!! All teams are guaranteed 3 games. Awards: Individual medals will be given to all 1st, 2nd place teams and first place team trophy! Entry Fee: $200 per team. Limit 12 players per roster. Deadline: $50 non-refundable deposit due by Friday, May 25, 2012 (NO EXCEPTIONS; if deposit is not received, NO PLAY) Admissions: $7/day (adults 18 & up); $3 children (4 & under free) • No Weekend passes; • Each team will be provided 2 coaches passes; all others will be charged admission.
