I-95 South to I-495 West towards Rockville. Cross into Virginian and take I-66 east to exit 71 - Fairfax Drive/Glebe Road. Turn right onto Glebe Road. The entrance to the parking garage is on the left at the second light (Carlin Springs). The rink is located on the 8th level of the Ballston Public Parking Garage.
