John Yeates Middle School - Field 1

Directions to Bennetts Creek:
Field 1 is the main field.
Located at John Yeates Middle School off of Bennett's Pasture Road in northern Suffolk.
From Chesapeake Square Mall Area:
Take Portsmouth Blvd. west towards Suffolk. When you cross the Chesapeake/Suffolk line, Portsmouth Blvd. becomes Nansemond Parkway. At the small town of Driver, Nansemond Parkway curves off to the left, you want to stay straight, turning onto Kings Highway. Go approximately ½ mile and you'll come to a light at the intersection of Bennett's Pasture Road and Kings Highway. Turn right. Go about a mile and a half. You'll pass Driver Fire Station and the Post Office and John Yeates Middle School will be your next left.
From Churchland Area:
Take 17 north, towards the James River Bridge. After you cross under I-664, go to the fourth traffic light. That is the intersection of Bennett's Pasture Road and 17 (Burger King will be on your left). Turn left. Go approximately 2 ½ miles and John Yeates Middle School will be on your right.
From Suffolk:
Take the 58 by-pass to the Wilroy Road exit. Turn left at the light. Go to the end of Wilroy Road and turn left onto Nansemond Parkway. Drive about two miles, Nansemond River High School will be on your left. Just past the school you'll want to take you second left onto Bennett's Pasture Road. (Careful, it sneaks up on you!) Continue on thru the red light, go about a mile and a half. You'll pass Driver Fire Station and the Post Office and John Yeates Middle School will be your next left.
