From Route 3 East...
Take Route 3 East to the Park Avenue exit (just over the Passaic River bridge). Make a right at the stop sign onto Rutherford Avenue. Take Rutherford Avenue down to the river and make a left onto Riverside Avenue. The entrance to the rink is on the right (about 1/4 mile) between the baseball fields and the tennis courts.
From Route 17 South...
Take Route 17 South to the end. After the exit for Route 3 West, the two left lanes will bear to the left for Route 3 East and the two right lanes will continue straight into Lyndhurst. Continue to follow the road around towards Lyndhurst and make your way into the left lane. At the first traffic light, make a left onto Polito Avenue (there are hotels on three of the four corners). Continue through the next traffic light (past Medieval Times) until you reach a stop sign at Valley Brook Avenue. Make a right onto Valley Brook Avenue and continue up and over the hill. Continue through the next three traffic lights (Orient Way, Ridge Road, Stuyvesant Avenue). At the fourth traffic light, make a right onto Riverside Avenue (make sure you go to the light; turning right before will put you on Park Avenue). The entrance to the rink is on the left between the tennis courts and the baseball fields.
From Route 21 South...
Take Route 21 South to Exit 8 Lyndhurst/Nutley. At the end of the off ramp, make a left onto River Road. At the light, make a left onto Park Avenue and cross the blue bridge into Lyndhurst (note that the street changes to Kingsland Avenue in Lyndhurst). At the traffic light, make a left onto Riverside Avenue (the Lyndhurst Diner will be on the opposite corner). Follow Riverside Avenue straight through the next traffic light (Valley Brook Avenue). The entrance to the rink is on the left between the tennis courts and the baseball fields. |
