Southern State Parkway to Exit 17 S, Hempstead Avenue , bear left at the fork onto Ocean Avenue . Go South on Ocean Avenue to Merrick Road . Turn left on Merrick Road . Go approximately one half mile and turn right onto Lincoln Avenue . Follow Lincoln Avenue approximately one and one quarter miles. Bear right onto Long Beach Road . Take Long Beach Road about one half mile to Mott Street ( Sands Shopping Center on Left). Turn left onto Mott Street . Mott Street becomes Mahlon Brower Drive . Oceanside Middle School is on the right hand side.
