FROM WESTERN LONG ISLAND:
Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North; or Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 51 North.
Proceed north on Deer Park Road. After going under the Northern State Parkway overpass and passing the Dix Hills Fire House (on your right hand side), bear right at the signal on to Deer Park Road - East (CR. 66).
Proceed to intersection with Jericho Turnpike (NYS RT. 25). Bear right on to east bound Jericho.
Immediately move to left turn lane on Jericho. You will be making the first left on to Elwood Road (CR. 10) – (Blockbuster Video and Shell Station on corner).
Proceed north on Elwood Road (CR. 10) for approximately 2-1/2 miles.
Turn right on 5th Avenue heading east. A Church is on the southeast corner of the intersection. You will go through about 5 stop signs.
Proceed across Larkfield Road (first traffic signal) about 1 mile (will go through 2 stop signs) to 5th Ave Elementary school on your left - you will pass Trinity Regional School, St. Anthony’s R.C. Church and East Northport Middle School all on your left.
