From Kittanning, travel west on Route 422 toward Butler. Two miles past Worthington, turn right at Sugar Creek Rest Sign (its large sign will be on the left side of Route 422). Follow signs to Sugar Creek Rest. St. Patrick's field is about 1 mile before you reach Sugar Creek Rest on the right.

From Butler (on Rt 422), travel east on Route 422 toward Kittanning for ten miles. Turn left at Sugar Creek Rest Sign (large sign will be on the right side of Route 422). Follow signs to Sugar Creek Rest. St. Patrick's field is about 1 mile before you reach Sugar Creek Rest on the right.

From Butler (on Rt 68), travel east on Route 68 toward Chicora for about 5 miles. Just past the Oakland Twp. Building, bear right onto St. Joe Rd. Take the first left off of St. Joe Rd. onto Danville Rd. Follow Danville Rd. through two stop signs and it will become Rattigan Rd. At the third stop sign turn right across a one lane bridge, then take a quick left. St. Patrick's is on the right about 2 miles up the road.

From Chicora, going up the hill on Route 68 in Chicora, turn right at Sky Bank midway up the hill (across from Waltman's Furniture). Follow signs to Sugar Creek Rest for six miles. Pass Sugar Creek Rest, and St. Patrick's field is about 1 mile past it, on the left.
