From Rt. 93 N or S, take exit 32 onto Rt. 60 W. into Medford Sq. Take left at second set of lights onto Main St. Take 1st right onto Rt. 16 W. heading towards Arlington. Stay on Rt. 16 W. past Wild Oats on left. At rotary, stay left on Rt. 16 W. Go about 1 mile, passing Dilboy Field on the right to second blinking light and take left onto Matignon Road. The gym is a couple of hundred yards on the left, at the High School.
