Turn right at the end of the ramp and proceed north to Walbert Ave. Go 0.4 mi, Turn right onto Walbert Ave. Continue 0.4 mile, turn right onto 28th Street. Continue 0.4 mi to end point, 28th Street & Columbia Street.
