The Maniax fall short
The Middletown Maniax travelled to New Jersey, looking for another win. But in the end came up short. The Maniax started with the kick. And Shawn Ice #80 did his best to return the kick off. But on their initial drive they failed to put the ball in the end zone. On the turn over, The Brawlers capitalized on the drive towards the end zone. Following with a 16 to 6 lead in the first quarter. In the second, The Maniax scored a TD and an extra point. But the Brawlers bounced back and moved the score up to 30 to 13. In the third, the Brawlers kept the Maniax scoreless. But put 6 points of their own on the board. In the 4th, The Maniax pushed out two TDs and one extra point. Making their score 26. And holding the Brawlers to only one score with a 2 point conversion. It was a simple case of too little, too late. The final score of the game was 44 Brawlers to 26 Maniax.
Maniax Win 51 to 19
The Maniax went to New Philladelphia to play the S.C. Storm, believing to sweep the Storm. Only to find out the Storm was more prepared then they were for the season opener. The Maniax started off in the first quarter by scoring two TDs. The Storm answered back in the first quarter with one score, making it a 13 to 6 score at the end of the first. In the second the Maniax scored a TD with a two point Conversion. And the Storm answered with a TD and a Xpt, but gave up a saftey. Making the score 23 to 13 at the half. In the third, the Maniax came back to score one TD with an extra point. And prevented the Storm from scoring in the third. In the 4th, The Maniax scored 14 before the Storm answered with six. At this point the score was 44 to 19. Finally, the Maniax answered back with a Td and extra point. To make the score 51 to 19. Good Job Maniax!
And to the Storm, You Guys showed alot of heart, And you didn't quit! Great Job for a first year team!
Maniax take a loss.
The Middletown Maniax take a loss today against the Lykens Thunder. With a score of 28 to 26. The game was well fought on both sides. The Maniax were winning when entering the 4th quarter. But in the final 4 minutes, The Maniax took a few penalties. And gave up the win to the Thunder. Good Game Gentlemen! On both sides.
Opening day July 12th 2008
On July 12th, At 1 pm in campbelltown, The Palmyra Raptors were host to the Middletown Maniax. The game was refed by the Aberdeen Brawlers. The first seven plays of the first quarter left the Maniax in a hurting position with the loss of "Maddog" Frye ( Broken Leg). But the Maniax bounced back. And kept the Raptors scoreless until the third quarter. The Maniax won overall with a score of 55 to 24. This makes the Maniax 1-0 so far. Keep up the good work boys!
Practice on Saturday June 7th
Excellent job today Gentlemen! Everyone pulled together as ateam and went the extra mile. Today, You proved how much you want to be here and /or deserve to be here. I'll see you next Saturday. As I said great job today Men.

Hello asylum, Guess what? The roster is now on our League lineup page. Have a look see! Although we are still looking for an addtional member for our team, The proper candidate will be an offensive or defensive linemen. No skilled positions are open. Only a line position. Again, It may not mean much to you players, but "Great practice on Saturday, and I'm proud of all of you!" Have a Good week, and I'll see the majority of you on Thursday!
