General Information
Admission Fees
Doors will open approximately one hour prior to the start of competition.
General Admission: $10.00 per person
Seniors & Children: $ 5.00 per person (Seniors 60 & over, children 6- 12)
Active Duty Military Free* (Must have Military ID Card)
Children 5 and under free.
Performance Order
The performance order will be emailed to each organization’s director on Monday November 16, 2009. The performance order will be posted online Wednesday November 18, 2009 after 5:00 p.m.

Kami’s Jammies
Complete Cheer & Dance Championships is once again joining forces with Kami’s Jammies to collect new 2 piece pajama sets for the children who are in the Extended Care Unit at the University of Maryland Hospital. Kami’s Jammies is a program inspired by and in honor of Kamryn Lambert who bravely battled cancer. Kamryn was diagnosed with leukemia on September 8, 2004 and passed away September 3, 2007. She was just 9 years old. Kamryn was a beautiful girl, who loved life and fashion, was a trendsetter and loved to cheer. Kamryn cheered for the Pasadena Chargers. One thing Kamryn didn’t like was the hospital gowns. They were not comfortable, not fashionable, and definitely not Kamryn. She was her own person, she was known at the hospital for her unique and fun pajamas and slippers. Even when she was so sick, she was a trendsetter who believed in being true to herself. It is in her spirit and inspiration that Kami’s Jammies was founded. Kami’s Jammies collects new 2 piece pajama sets for the children at the University of Maryland Extended Care Unit. Once a month Kami’s Jammies gives each child a new set of beautiful pajamas and holds a themed party, so for that one night they can forget about their illness, their pain and just be a normal kid again.
Last year thanks to all the wonderful organizations, coaches, cheerleaders, dancers and parents we were able to collect almost 300 pairs of pajamas and slippers. This year, with everyone’s help, we are hoping to smash that record!! There will be 2 collection points at the Show Place Arena. One located downstairs next to the team registration area, the second will be located upstairs just past the spectator entrance. New this year, for every pair of pair of pajamas a person donates, they will receive a chance to win some very exciting door prizes. There will also be a very special trophy to the organization that collects the most pajamas for Kami’s Jammies.

Games
To make The Kick-Off Classic more fun and enjoyable though out the event we will be asking sports related trivia questions. During the breaks we will be playing some games.The games and trivia are open to everyone, cheerleaders, coaches, parents, fans etc. Everyone who plays will receive a prize. If you correctly answer a question or win the game you will receive a bigger prize. Prizes range from candy bars to gift certificates. To help make our trivia challenge a little easier this year, beginning November 3, trivia questions will be posted every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday through our myspace page. To access the questions, simply become our friend on myspace, www.myspace.com/completecheeranddance, and look for the bulletin posting. Once you have the question, simply Google to find the answers. 2
Car Decorating Contest
In 2008 we put our parents to the test and launched our first annual Kick-Off Classic Car Decorating Contest. We were blown away!! The parking lot at the Show Place Arena was full of amazing, one of a kind, decorated cars, SUVs, trucks and vans. We realized we needed to expand the contest for 2009! So this year, we are taking the contest to a whole new level. We added more catagories, more prizes and there will be a Grand Champion Car Winner Awarded! There is no pre registration necessary, the contest is open to all. Rules are simple, just decorate your car (pick one of the catagories below), have it parked in the Show Place Arena Parking lot by 12:30 p.m. Our judges will start reviewing all the cars beginning at 12:45 p.m. Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony.

Best Kick-Off Classic Themed Car/Van : Kick-off Classic is football themed event. Important note: it is the only event where we have an official mascot, our beautiful English Bulldog, Raider!!
The All American Car/Truck: We love our country and thank God every day for the men and women in uniform who protect our freedom. So to honor them we created this category. Decorate your car in all red, white and blue, or to support a specific branch of service or unit in the military, or you may decorate it to honor a loved one serving in the military. The car/truck should be at tribute to all that is good and wonderful about this country.
Best Team/Organizatinal Car/Truck: Show your team spirit! Decorate in team colors, names, let your imagination run wild!! Be bold, show us how much you love your team/organizatino. We are looking for the most unique organization/team car.
Best Individual Themed Car/Truck: Okay parents, show us how much you love your child or children. This is all about your cheerleader or dancer. There is nothing more wonderful than the love of a parent for their child. Let your pride show!!
The Judges Award: Go wild, have fun. The judges will pick a car that simply blows them away. It may be a car from one of the above catagories, or car that doesn’t quite fit one of catagories but deserves special recognition.
Grand Champion: This award will be given to the car/or van that the judges loved the best. You never know who will walk away with the Grand Champion Trophy and prize.
