Head Varsity Coach Debbie Evans
Coach Evans was born in Baton Rouge, LA and grew up in Carrollton, Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a minor in Biology from the University of North Texas. She is in her 22th year of coaching / teaching. Her first 11 years were spent in the Carrollton / Farmers Branch ISD where she was assistant coach for BB/SB at Newman Smith High School (her alama mater). In 2002, she went to McKinney North High School as the head softball coach. She led the Lady Bulldogs to a 110-29-9 record in 5 varsity seasons, which included 3 district titles, 3 regional quarterfinal appearances, 1 regional finalist title, and a State semi-final appearance in 2007. This is her 5th year at Allen ISD and her 4th year as the head softball coach. Coach Evans is the Off-Campus P.E. Coordinator for AISD and is one of the Athletic Tutorial program coordinators.

Assistant Varsity Coach Kathy Klepac
Assistant Varsity Coach Kathy Klepac is serving in her 16th year for the Lady Eagles. She came to Allen High School in 1996. As an Assistant Varsity Coach she helped lead the Lady Eagles to District Championships in 1999, 2000, 2003 and 2004. In 2005 Coach Klepac led the Eagles to a second place finish in District 8-5A and a Bi-District Championship. She also teaches English II at Allen High School. Kathy graduated from Central High School in San Angelo, Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Angelo State University.

Assistant Varsity Coach Philip Spaniel
Coach Spaniel is in his 2nd year with the Eagle Softball program. He teaches World History, and also coaches football at Lowery Freshman Center. He played baseball collegiately at Dallas Baptist University, Navarro Junior College, and Sam Houston State University where he graduated. He served two years as an assistant baseball coach at Sam Houston State before becoming a teacher/coach in the Garland Independent School District. He and his wife (Katy) have a 2 year old daughter named Josie Rae and a new player to be named later on the way.

JV Blue Coach Katy Spaniel
Coach Spaniel is in her 7th year coaching softball and teaching Biology in Allen at the Lowery Freshman Center. She played softball collegiately at Blinn Junior College in Brenham, TX and Sam Houston State University where she graduated from with a Bachelor of Science in Health Ed and a minor in Biology. She coaches softball with her husband Philip, who also coaches freshman football and teaches World History at Allen HIgh School. They have a 2 year old daughter named Josie and a fresh new Eagle recruit on the way.
