Competition Schedules
PLEASE - keep a copy of this schedule in your cheer bag/purse or whatever. The coaches are not going to tell you "what is happening next" every ten minutes. We WILL expect that you are where you need to be, when you need to be there!

The itinerary and the latest schedule will be posted here. There may be time changes (this OFTEN happens).

Each team will have a safety coordinator for the 09/10 season. This mom or dad will have a first aid bag with them and will assist the coach in getting cheerleaders to where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be there – this parent will have a detailed plan from the coach of what they need for each particular event.

Safety Coordinators:
Frost- Diana Helmle & Mia Hanson
Blizzard- Cindi McGee
Freeze- Lisa Ferguson
Flurries-

General Information about Competitions
This link will have updates on admission, parking fees, directions, etc. for each competition. I update the competition page ANY time I recieve new info about a competition!

**It is required that ALL cheerleaders stay @ the designated hotel that is chosen for our stay during the competition event. The reason for this is we generally have team get togethers, meetings, practices, liability, etc., plus we meet downstairs in the lobby & go to the venue together as a team. Times designated by coaches and/or the venue change all the time & we need to be sure that all girls are accounted for and are readily accessible for these changes. If you MUST stay somewhere else, it MUST be ran by Coach Ramirez & Coach Gilmore PRIOR to the competition date.

Cheerleaders may NOT leave the hotel, competition, etc. during any team time. If it is possible and the schedule permits, time will be alloted for family or free time. Competition schedules are very demanding and it's important that these rules are adhered to.

We may visit places where families would like to "enjoy the location" and check out some of "what the town has to offer" again it is important to understand that we are a team. We will have a big agenda (just like camp) please understand that the team and team schedule is your cheerleader's first priority.

If it does not put stress on our schedule we will consider team events in the competition city - please discuss any ideas you have for a team event at least 2 weeks prior to the competition. -- this doesn't mean the rest of the family or our moms can't get together and have a little fun! We would love to see some organized activities for the parents, so you can get to know one-another and have a little fun in your free time, too!

*Tina Burge will be our new Hotel Coordinator for the 2009/2010 Season. If you should have questions and/or concerns in re of the hotels or reservations, please direct all to her @: rayntinaburge@sbcglobal.net
