Step #2: Contact KAJ Registrar either by email (check under the Contact Info page on website) or phone the KAJ phone number (250) 769-1322. The Registrar will arrange a date & time to have your child assessed - all children are assessed to determine which KAJ group to swim in.
Step #3: Bring the completed forms with you when you meet the Registrar on deck.

Cancellation of Swim Membership
A two week notice is required for cancelling membership with Kelowna Aquajets. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to notify the club two weeks prior to when your child stops swimming. Parents must complete a Swimmer Change/Withdraw form and submit it to the Club Treasurer. Look under the Contact Info page on the Website to find out how to contact the Treasurer.
