WORKOUTS
Our rigorous workout sessions are key to sharpening your fundamental skills such as basketball conditioning, dribbling, footwork, teamwork, etc.
Players have noticed conditioning and skills increase dramatically after only a few weeks of workouts.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Coach Joe has provided one-on-one training for players who want a focused session. For freshman who want to make their high school teams. For players who don't get many minutes and want to become a starter and a finisher!
Coach Joe will evaluate the players skills, create drills and work on individual techniques. He will also give specific instructions on what can be done to improve.
INTENSIVE TRAINING WORKOUTS
Our intensive trainings are geared for smaller groups - six maximum players which allows focus on individual skills training.
Training sessions are 60 minutes of intense training on shooting, dribbling and offensive moves.
