Blizzard Manager - Kevin M. Kinne
Kevin M. Kinne is responsible for the overall operation and organization of the Berkshire Blizzard Baseball. Kevin has a Master's Degree in Sports Management and has been a baseball coach for 10 years.
Before becoming a coach, Kevin played baseball with and against some of the country's best players, including former major leaguers such as Albert Belle, Turk Wendell, Craig Biggio, Tino Martinez and Darren Fletcher. In 2005, Kevin was inducted into the UNICO Berkshire County Baseball Hall of Fame. Kevin's baseball "resume" also includes the following:
Toured Taiwan as starting shortstop for Team USA High School All-Stars
Two-time All-Berkshire and All-Western Mass. shortstop
Co-MVP of Berkshire County High School Baseball League
Four-year starting shortstop for Amherst College Baseball
Captain of Amherst College Baseball
Starting shortstop for Chatham A's in the Cape Cod Baseball League
Starting shortstop for Dalton Collegians
MVP of Dalton Collegians
Kevin's goal is to help young Berkshire County baseball players enjoy the game of baseball and advance as far in the game as their skills and dedication will take them.
Kevin and his wife, Cathleen Lahart Kinne, live in Great Barrington with their four children. When he isn't with his family or coaching, Kevin works as an attorney. He is a partner at the law firm of Cohen Kinne Valicenti & Cook LLP.

Blizzard Assistant Coach - Bily Loehr
Coach Billy Loehr is a Dalton native and graduate of Wahconah Regional High School and Hudson Valley C.C. who has been involved in youth baseball for twenty years, having coached for many years in the Dalton-Hinsdale Little League and Dalton Babe Ruth League. He has coached for the past eight years in the Lee Little League and Lee Cal Ripken League and was part of the coaching staff of the 2006 Lee Cal Ripken 12 year old All Star team that won the Berkshire County and Western Massachusetts District 1 Championship. Coach Loehr was also part of the 2007 Berkshire Blizzard coaching staff that reached the Sweet 16 of the National AAU 13U Baseball Championship in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Off the field, Billy is a longtime member of the National Ice Hockey Officials Association and ECAC Hockey Officials Association and officiates youth, high school and college ice hockey. He also serves on the board of directors for Lee Cal Ripken Baseball. Coach Loehr enjoys not only teaching baseball skills to young athletes, but also, more importantly, life skills like teamwork, respect, attitude and pride.
A licensed funeral director, he resides in Lee, MA with his wife Jacquie and their sons Cam and Lukas. “Blizzard baseball… baseball like it’s suppose to be… FUN!!!!”
