Goals

The program seeks to achieve the following goals:

Ø     A strong win-loss record assembled at highly competitive tournaments throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois

Ø     A team culture of respect and support between teammates

Ø     The highest level of behavior and composure for our players no matter what the game situation

Ø     Constant improvement in our players gained not only through games, but also through well organized and regular practice sessions

Ø     The development of players that have the core skills, experience, and mindset necessary to succeed at the high school level and beyond

Ø     Participation in at least one “showcase” tournament per team, per year (Cooperstown, Ripken Experience, World Series event).
