Raleigh Walk & Roll-a-thon

Saturday April 20th at the Dorthea Dix Campus in Raleigh

All Lightning Families are encouraged to participate!

 See your team manager about participation.  There's a short walk, lunch, music, activities, vendors, raffle prizes, etc. The registration is normally $20, but if we sign up as the Lightning organization, registration will only be $10 per person and go to a great cause.  The registration fee includes a t-shirt, lunch provided by Firebirds Grill, music, raffle prizes, etc.  WRAL is also going to try to have coverage that day and hopefully the Lightning can get some well-deserved recognition in taking the lead on this subject. We are also going to coordinate WRAL to cover the coaches concussion training sessions later in the summer.   As part of the Carolina Lightning Program this Fall, all players will receive a baseline concussion evaluation.   We are happy to support this important event and organization.
