Joel A. Stephens Memorial Fund July 7, 2006 --
The Joel A. Stephens Memorial Fund, aka "Joel's Kids" awarded the Frederick Challenger Program a gift of $2500.00 for the second time. This money will provide two full team sponserships and equipment purchases for next year.
