What you need to coach....
Thank you for volunteering you time to coach or assist in coaching.
Things you will need before you can coach are:
1628 form filled out and signed
Coach Ethics
Fingerprinted by the club-if you have not been yet.
F License. If you coached last year without an F license you will need it now.
If you are new you may sign the Intent form and have one year to get your F License.

Coaches Registration Form 1628
For each team you are coaching please fill out one 1628 form and return to the registrar or coaching coordinator. Just fill out the first page of the form. You can fill in the form on-screen. Print the needed copies from there. Click on the Coach sign. Thanks!

Min/Max on Teams by Age Group
Team Roster Full Document
Teams will be determined in July by the designated age group
coordinator for Del Dayo Soccer Club. Age, grade, prior team, requests
and gender in the U6 case are all considerations made when balancing
the teams.
There are League minimums, maximums and recommended team sizes for all of our age groups. The numbers look like this:
