2010 Summer Soccer Registration / Fees
What your club fees pay for:
> 9 - 12 regular season games
> Tournament fees for your team (max. $800.00)
> District Tournament fees (if necessary)
> State Tournament fees (if necessary)
> Referee fees (3 per game)
> Field rental for each game
> Equipment (balls & nets)
> MYSA fees (team, players, coaches, officers and club)
* Eastside uniform fees are a separate fee
***Scholarship Request forms are available by emailing Christine Schmidt at christine.schmidt@comcast.net They must be submitted with your registration form***

IMPORTANT:If you are applying for a scholarship, scholarship form must accompany your registration form. There will be no exceptions.
All registrations must be paid in full by March 31, 2010. If your fees are not paid in FULL by this date your player will not receive a player pass.
