Q: When does all of my paperwork need to be turned in?
A: July 31, 2009.
Your paperwork must be turned in before your child may participate in any conditioning, practices, or games with EPW.
Q. What happens if I do not turn in all my paperwork & money by the first day of practice?
A: Your child WILL NOT participate in any activities until all paperwork turned in. Your child will have to make up any conditioning missed while waiting for paperwork. EPW has payment plans available, please contact a board member for more information.
Q. When will the first game be?
A. As soon as we receive a schedule the head coach of your division will receive copies to give to everyone and we will also post the entire schedule for every team/division on this website.
Q. What is the practice schedule?
A: The first week we will practice everyday Monday thru Friday from 6pm-8pm for conditioning. After the first week it will be up to each head coach and they will communicate this to each parent during the first week of practice.
Q: When is the last day I can register my child for Football or Cheer?
A: July 1 2009
Q: Will refunds be issued?
A: Yes, if a refund form is filled out and approved no later than July 31, 2009 (football) July 11th (cheer).
No, if after August 1st - NO EXCEPTIONS! This is due to uniforms already being ordered - for football only!
No, if after July 12th, which is the cheer uniform fitting day. If your child gets fitted for their uniform, we have to pay for them.
