All coaches must be dedicated to the TEAM. It is understood and appreciated that parent coaches are concerned with their own children but it is expected that coaches will give equal treatment to all team members.

Coaches for the Golden Eagles can only get their IKWF/USAW Coach's Card through the Golden Eagles.  Coaches who get their coach's cards through other means must first be approved by either Tony or Jim to coach for the Golden Eagles.
