To GPWF Parents
This letter is a reminder that when you signed your child's registration form you agreed to abide by the rules and regulations of GPWF. Your behavior could effect your child's participation in GPWF
GPWF will not tolerate fighting, taunting of other parents, players, cheerleaders, coaches or officials. Below is a breakdown of how we will handle these situations.
Fighting: The parent(s) will be banned from attending any future GPWF games or practices and the child may be removed from the team. Further, if you refuse to leave or do attend a game or practice the police will be notified and we will have you removed by the police and possibly press charges for trespassing.
Taunting: The parties involved will be removed from the stadium or field for that game. If any other such incident involving same parties, they will be banned from future GPWF games and practices.
Let's all do our part in providing a safe and fun environment for our youth. Actions such as these put the players and other children at risk. The board members are authorized to remove anyone from the game if they feel the situation is a threat or to avoid the situation escalating to a more serious event. Any non compliance will be considered a further threat and the police will be called to handle it from there.
