We are having our next meeting January 7, 2014 at 6:30pm at the Hackettstown Panera. We will be discussing season costs, fundraisers, and what the club can offer to the wrestlers. We welcome and encourage all parents to come on out!

Just some notes from tonight's meeting 11/21/12......
There are approx. 30 wrestlers on this year's team. I hope that in the months to come, more of the parents show up for our monthly meetings. We have about 10 dedicated families who volunteer and take care of so much. It's never been a requirement to come to the Booster Club meetings or to volunteer. All of us are booster members, if you have a wrestler on the team, present or past, YOU ARE A BOOSTER CLUB MEMBER. We have other members who can't make meetings but give of their time in other ways. All help is appreciated.
VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES
We will be holding 2 clothing drives. One after the holidays and then one again when the weather changes end of March/April. Anyone who is willing to help organize on the donation day, please contact a booster club member and watch for further details.
50/50 Person for home matches- We need someone who can sell 50/50 tickets to the crowd before matches. People who are willing to help out and run this, especially since we have 2 quad matches at home, would be greatly appreciated. FUNDRAISER OPPORTUNITIESWe will have several fundraising opportunities which will include merchandise, clothing drives, window clings, and possibly car washes in late spring/summer. Bill Nicotra Meeting Notes 12/4/12...... There were many topics discussed at tonights meeting and we have made very important decisions for the season. 1. We need at least one parent contact information. We are sending out emails that are only going to the wrestlers as that is the only email we were given, and the information is not being passed on to the parents so that you may know what is going on regarding meetings, events, fundraisers etc. 2. Season fundraiser....we are having a fundraiser which will include the sale of mugs (generic hackettstown tigers) and Garden flags (generic hackettstown tigers). The mugs will be sold for $5 and the flags for $20. Because these flags are generic they can be sold to anyone who is a current student, alumni, family, friends, neighbors, businesses, who want to support their local high school. 3. On Thursday, December 13th we will be meeting at the high school @ 6pm to decorate each wrestlers locker to kick off the season! All parents are encouraged to come out and decorate their sons locker. All supplies are provided unless you want to include something personal on your sons locker. This project should not take long if we have enough parents participation. 4. We will be sending home a packet with wrestler in the next few days that includes a contact information sheet which is to include information for at least one parent. We will also have the order form for the mugs and flags.
